We offer QuickBrochures at the lowest possible cost to help you promote your business through the Internet. We consider QuickBrochures clients part of our business family, and apply our Christian values to all aspects of our business.

ASSURANCE
Be assured that we will not sell or give your e-mail addresses to any competitor.

NON-SPAM
We know e-mail marketing is powerful. We believe it should be used prudently and non-intrusively. We ask that any e-mail addresses we receive to be included for any mailing on your behalf have been obtained by you from the addressee either in a response, form, e-mail, by phone, fax or in-person from the individual. We will include an opt in/remove option in the e-mails we prepare on your behalf.

NUDITY AND PORNOGRAPHY
We will not accept any work knowingly containing any nudity, pornography, or immoral material.

USE OF QUICKBROCHURES BUTTON
We require all clients to use the QuickBrochures button as it is provided to them. Any change without consent by QuickBrochures made by the client or their webmaster may be deemed a violation of use and cause discontinuation of the service. We offer free help to enable your webmaster to install the button successfully.

A small version (100 pixels) of the QuickBrochures button may be obtained for no charge by simply requesting "a smaller QuickBrochures button" by e-mail.

A custom QuickBrochures button coordinating the colors in your website, may be obtained upon request from QuickBrochures for your site at a charge of $30.

PAYMENT FOR QUICKBROCHURES

For standard size quickbrochures for individual hotels, resorts, lodges and inns, and other businesses, our invoice for the first three months, including preparation costs is sent to you with notification that your QuickBrochure is ready via email. ( it has instructions for the button)

Please pay within 10 days ( in U.S. dollars) from receipt of the e-mail. We do not accept credit cards. We have an on-lne payment facility through Google. We do accept Wire Transfers,especially for clients outside the U.S., but a $10US charge is added.

If you require a written invoice through postal mail, a $5 service charge will be added for each quarterly billing. To keep our costs low, we ask you honor your e-mail invoice.

Payment for continuing service is due and payable before the beginning of the service quarter.

You may pay for up to 1 year in advance to assure yourself of our low monthly price for that time. We do not offer any other price guarantee. You do not need any special invoice, just send us the amount for 3 quarters with a note. (This of course does not include any changes you might make to the material, only the monthly billing)

For brochures over 8 pages, or multi-resort accounts, we do require a deposit before creating QuickBrochures as these accounts require a lot of extra work that we do not charge for.

If a discontinuation of service for non-payment occurs, all amounts past due, plus a $65 reactivation fee, plus the next quarter payment would be due prior to reactivation of  QuickBrochures. It is unlawful to use our QuickBrochure without paying for the service.

OUR QUICKBROCHURE

We retain ownership of the PDF and Word files we have made. Though you may freely put the QuickBrochures button on any web site you own, you may not use our PDF or Word files for any other purpose of your own. You may allow others to link to your active QuickBrochure (such as directories and association web site listings).The pages that we have made to facilitate downloading are a required part of the program.

Because of our extremely low prices versus the amount of work it takes to get a QuickBrochure up and running, we do not recover our costs for over a year - we are anticipating long-term relationships.

CHANGING OR REPLACING YOUR
QUICKBROCHURE MATERIAL
 In many instances, we can change a word or sentence in your QuickBrochure or rate sheet without an entirely new brochure or paper. The cost is commensurate with the work involved.
